I think that I have a problem with other people deciding my identity, even friends. I like to decide this for myself, if that is OK. It is fine for economists, sociologists, etc., to describe themselves as scientists, but sociology has largely passed me by. Despite listening to this podcast, I do not feel that I have missed out by not being told that I have problems, or that I am the problem, being a white male. I am a floating voter at the forthcoming general election, but I will decide, on my own terms.
